Bridal Shoot, Northamptonshire

1st March, 2017 |

Yesterday I had the pleasure of heading down to the stunning Wood Farm, in Everdon, Northamptonshire for a Bridal shoot with some fabulous people in the wedding industry.
The aim of the day was a styled shoot to photograph some of the beautiful headwear and dresses from a range of bridal suppliers in the area, see web address below for more details.

Wood Farm was decided as a venue for the shoot as it is a beautiful converted barn on a farm, and makes a stunning backdrop for bridal shoot. Though it is also going to be an exclusive wedding venue in the coming year. With some landscaping and finishing touches, this will be rivalling some of the best, award winning venues in the area. I can’t wait to share more soon.

The shoot was a very relaxed and fun day, everyone was lovely and we worked well together, I even brought my 10 month old daughter along, in the sling, who was an absolute angel the entire time (Phew!). Always good to get a bit of flexible working in there!

The headwear was from Sofya Bridal, the bridal gowns were from Mabel and Maud and the bridesmaid dresses were from Bridesmaid Boutique.
We had some stunning fresh flowers from Stemsations and paper flowers from Paper Flowers in Towcester. The hair and make up was gorgeous and done by The Beauty Room and Elite Hair Design. The styling and accessories was done by Julie from Cards Galore and More. And the gorgeous cakes were by Caking and Baking.

I was shooting the day from a documentary point of view, the lovely Annie Johnston was getting some fabulous editorial shots of the girls and Blanka was directing and shooting all at once.

I can say that it looked beautiful and I cant wait to see what the others got.
