Feature: Your Perfect Wedding Photographer

4th January, 2017 |

This month one of my weddings has been featured on Your Perfect Wedding Photographer in the Real Weddings section.
The wedding took place at the couples’ family home on a farm. They used the cow shed which was styled and decorated by I Adore Weddings with bunting and string lights and Tamzin’s dad created a bar area, snug and ceremony room using hay bails to create walls, it was absolutely brilliant. Adorned with flowers in jam jars, cushions and throws, the stylist made a stunning country barn feel to the whole, very relaxed day. With food provided out of vintage citroen vans from Goujon Monkey and The Little Camion Creperie and garden games including a bungee run, bucking bronko and giant connect four, it was a great wedding to shoot and very different, which I loved!
The guests stayed in the neighbouring field where they ‘glamped’ in furnished teepee tents and after a few drinks embarked on the bucking bronko!
The couple were not keen on formal photos, so I was given free reign to capture and document the wedding in my own style. It suited this relaxed and informal wedding really well and by talking to the guests and mingling myself, I managed to get great, informal shots of everyone that was there.
The weather was perfect, It was certainly a wedding to remember and I loved every minute.
