Franki and Olli – Outdoor Wedding

Franki and Olli opted for an barn style, outdoor wedding, which took place at Dodmoor House. Dodmoor is a beautiful venue set in the heart of England, in Northamptonshire.

We had met earlier in the year to have a look around the venue and just catch up really, but as we decided to shoot some images, it started snowing heavily, which actually made some great, contrasting pre-wedding shots.

I met Franki at Dodmoor on the morning of the wedding, and Chris went to meet Olli. The bridal suite at Dodmoor was just perfect for those pre-wedding shots and it was so lovely to see Franki peering through the curtains to see her guests arriving and to get a sneaky peek of Olli without him knowing.
The morning was so relaxed, which set the tone for the day, their family and friends were so welcoming and warm towards us, we felt a part of the crowd.

Franki and Olli are such a lovely couple and are big animal lovers with many fur babies at home. I was so excited to hear that they were keen to bring the two dogs to the wedding for some pictures, it was great to have them there and with Franki so relaxed, we got some great pics of the dogs going in for some big cuddles in her wedding dress, such special moments.

The weather was on our side and with it being such an open outdoor area, Franki and Olli opted to have their cake cutting and first dance outside on the terrace, and with the sun setting, it was a truly romantic scene. A really beautiful outdoor wedding day all round!
